Wellness Break at Dorset House    Tuesday 12th February to Thursday 14th February


Tuesday 12th February


Arrive during the afternoon (for earlier arrivals, please do let us know so that we can ensure that someone is here to greet you)

5pm: Welcome. Tea and snacks – Introductions.

5.30pm: Yoga class with Sam Neal at Dorset House. Relaxation and meditation. All equipment provided – wear comfortable clothing

7pm: Dinner at Dorset House.

Evening – feel free to venture into town which is a short walk away, or curl up in front of the fire in the snug. We have a well-stocked bar should you fancy a nice bottle of wine


Wednesday 13th February


7am: If you fancy it, join Lyn for a sunrise dip down at Lyme Regis beach or join Jason for a short morning run (but don’t feel guilty at all if you prefer a lie in!)

7.30-8am: Tea and juices will be available in the snug

8am: Energizing yoga session with Sam

9.30am: Breakfast at Dorset House

11am: Fermenting workshop at Dorset House with Tiffany Jesse. Learn about the value of fermented food for our gut health and make your own kimchi and kefir to take home.

12.30am: Lunch at Dorset House – making use of some of the fermented foods that we have made with Tiffany

Afternoon: Free time around Lyme Regis or pre-booked treatments

5.30pm: Yoga class with Sam at Dorset House. Relaxation and meditation

7pm: Dinner at Dorset House

Evening at leisure as above


Thursday 14th February


7.15am: Sunrise walk. We’ll head out into the Undercliff (made famous by The French Lieutenant’s Woman) where weather permitting we’ll see some stunning views of the sun rising over Golden Cap

8.30am: Energizing yoga session with Sam

10am: Breakfast at Dorset House
