Bookings are now open for our November Wellness Break which will have a focus on using nutrition to balance hormones through perimenopause and menopause. Relax, rejuvenate and learn through demonstrations and tastings.
Emma Ellice-Flint, nutritionist and author will create delicious dishes to nourish us throughout the break.
Sam Neale will lead yoga practice in her usual joyous manner.
