After the success of our last couple of Literary Salons, we are looking forward to celebrating the festive season in style. At September’s Salon we were inspired by Gill Meller’s thoughts on the importance of gathering together to share good food with our loved ones. We also enjoyed several of the dishes from his inaugural cookbook ‘Gather’. We hold this thought dear as we gather together in December to share the traditional Mulled Wine and Mince Pies as well as other festive favourites and to share our Christmas inspired literary favourites.

Please come and share with us, if you wish, a reading with a Christmas theme, however vague – anything goes!

Our special guests, Nick and Bella Ivins will be sharing extracts from their book ‘The New Homesteader’ about life on their smallholding, Walnuts Farm.
